Spirulina Recipes
Spirulina can be taken in tablet or powder form.
For those who prefer the powder, there are a growing number of recipes available, some of which disguise the taste and some of which enhance it. Many users simply mix their Spirulina with water, but that is certainly not for everyone. Spirulina does not dissolve in liquids but becomes suspended, so it must be vigorously shaken or made into a paste with a small amount of liquid before being added to soups or stews. Remember, it is extremely concentrated, so very little is needed. Spirulina can be added to almost any salad dressing or sprinkled over a salad.
